After the update from Capture Basic to the Extended Edition, following features will be unlocked:
 
DXF & DWG
Import and export industry-standard DXF and DWG files with full support for components, layers and solids. Component rotation is preserved to facilitate replacment of components with library fixtures.

Streaming video
Stream live video from CITP/MSEX compatible media servers or Green Hippo media servers (using HMap).

Presentations
Create self contained "presentation files", interactive 3D presentations (that even support console connected visualisation) of your design that you can send to your clients.

Render videos
Render high resolution video files at full frame rate of movie snapshots.

Water jets
Place and simulate DMX-controlled (single nozzle) water jets that interact correctly with the lighting of the scene.

Camera control
Control the position and focus of cameras remotely using DMX.

Moving scenery
Use the built-in "DMX Mover" and "DMX Rotator" objects to control the position and angle of any object using DMX.

Kinesys K2
Connect with and receive live positional information for any object from Kinesys K2 systems.
 
Licensing and fixture library update policy
Capture licenses are personal and valid for two of this person's computers (Windows, Mac or mixed).
Capture licenses are delivered in the form of license key files which should be treated as valuables.
Capture license owners are entitled to any bug fix and tweak updates released of the product purchased.
Capture licensing is neither based on a subscription nor a lease model. Capture licenses are never invalidated upon new product releases, they remain installable on new computers and warrant continued technical support and fixture library updates.
Fixture library updates are delivered free of charge and within one week, given that sufficient documentation is available for the fixture(s) and that the product purchased is capable of supporting its technologies.bject from Kinesys K2 systems.
